READY TO GO, RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE

The Alpha-6 Stability Box comes with basic stability settings already programmed. If you want to tailor these settings or tap into advanced functions, a free PC interface is available. But you won't need it to start enjoying the benefits of AS3X technology right away.

Without the interface, all you have to do is install the unit as directed and plug it in between your receiver and servos. Once you’ve assigned a channel for making gain adjustments and completed the simple setup procedure to establish orientation, you're ready to go.

The free Alpha-6 programming interface will make it easy to fine tune stability settings or access other advanced features using your PC and the Spektrum programming cable that is sold separately.

HOW AN AS3X SYSTEM WORKS

An AS3X System works behind the scenes to stabilize an airplane in whatever attitude you command. It does so using a combination of sophisticated 3-axis sensors and exclusive flight control software tuned by expert RC pilots.

In a 3D aerobatic model, an AS3X System will make slow speed and knife-edge maneuvers feel much more locked-in and predictable. In a scale warbird or ultra micro, it will counter the effects of turbulence on windy days so the plane tracks beautifully at any speed.

Best of all, flying with an AS3X system feels completely natural. Stick-priority programming in its software gradually reduces the amount of stability assistance the system provides the further you move a control stick from center. There is no delay in response or limits on your control throws. You simply feel like you’re flying an expertly tuned model that flies right where you point it whenever you center the sticks.
